Louise Baker was born and raised in Floyd County, Virginia, Louise’s love for the Blue Ridge Mountains has kept her in the valley. Louise is a listing specialist and has dedicated her professional career to helping residents realize the dream of owning their own home. Louise has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1978 and opened the Christiansburg office in 1984. She also believes the internet is the best tool a REALTOR® can offer their clients because people want information at their finger tips and now.

In 1999, Marshall Anderson joined Louise Baker. Marshall works exclusively with buyers and recognizes the stress of buying a house. Also before any house is bought, Marshall understands a degree of anxiety exists in looking at houses; making a buying decision; and negotiating the best deal. In addition Marshall knows how to make this process develop smoothly. Marshall is a native of Blacksburg and graduated from Blacksburg High School and Virginia Tech. His experience and education, gives home buyers the best advantage possible.

Rhonda Melton joined the team in March of 2002 and became a licensed REALTOR® and closing coordinator in July of 2002. The closing process can be tedious as mounds of legal documents grow larger and larger. Rhonda is the ideal person to facilitate the closing process and assist in marketing and advertising efforts. Rhonda has been associated with real estate since 1993 and worked in offices in Tennessee and Georgia.
